Torrero provider instability reported

We have received user reports that our Torrero casino provider was partially not accepting user bets. This issue had no financial impact on the customer balance, however severely impacted bet acceptance rate.

System messages aren't being sent

Due to technical issues on the messaging service side we had a period of time where system messages were not delivered to the end user.
Affected - 18281, 18282, 18283, 18284, 18285. As the incident is resolved now all messages were sent to the users affected
